Frequently asked questions

  • How does the Web Design service work?

    Once you've got a domain name and you found a template theme that you like and that fits your vision of how you’d like your business styled. You then purchase a plan and design package.


    One of us will then be in touch with you to confirm your order, and you then simply provide us with your content and images for all your pages. Our design brief will give you an insight into what we’d require too.


    If you don't have any images, no problem, we’ve allowed within your package a certain amount of images. Don’t forget that you can add professional images at any time after we launch.


    How long I hear you ask to get the site launched? We will aim to get everything done and launched within 4 weeks but that also depends on how quickly you provide feedback and content. For example, if you have a Landing Page needed to be designed, we can push that through within a week! It is all relative 

  • Can I give feedback on the web design as it's being built?

    We will provide you with a preview link to follow it’s development. You can also leave feedback on each page.

  • What about updating my website?

    Once your site is published you will be able to log in and make all the updates to text and images, and even add pages or give us a call and we’ll do it for you for a low cost.

  • How do I get started after I purchase a Hosting Plan?

    Once your order comes through we will be in touch to discuss the details we need to get started on your site. It really is a 1 2 3 step. Then you can add a Design Package which will make this a fun and interesting project!

  • How do I get a domain?

    Visit the link in Step 1 and search for a name that closely relates to your business. Try searching for a .com or a .com.au, the latter is preferable if your customers are in Australia. Let us know what the name is and we will purchase on your behalf and add it to your hosting plan.
